We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and fast delivery of your products and services.
All Standard orders will be shipped within 3-14 Business days (This does not include calendar days,holidays or weekends)
Once the order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Once you receive that email with the tracking allow up to 48 hrs or less to update status tracking.
We are not responsible if you entered an incorrect mailing address. Please confirm your address with all carrier services before purchase.
We are not responsible if you didnt measure properly. We highly advise you measure several times before purchase to avoid purchasing the wrong size.
If delivery services returns your order back to us due to incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for the re-shipping cost. We can reship you the product once you pay the invoice provided for the shipping cost.
If you purchased Express Shipping, this takes in effect the moment your product ships out.
By accepting these terms you fully understand and consent all the details provided above and accept that all sales are final with only 1 exchange claim per order.

Exchanges and Returns
Upon purchase, the client is allowed free exchange within 3 days of original merchandise reciept.
If in the event the client needs an exchange, they must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a request and provide their order number. Once approved, the client is fully responsible for shipping back the product in its intact packaging with absolutely no trace of wear or abuse to be shipped to the location assigned on the email request.
The client accepts full responsibility for the shipping cost to ship the original product back to us along with instructions provided via email.
Once the client ships the product, the client must provide a tracking number associated to the shipment and send it to us via email at email@example.com.
Upon receipt of the original product, we will conduct a review against the product to ensure its intact as it was delivered to you.
Once we approve the original merchandise, we will then ship out your replacement garment.
Upon purchase, the customer consents no returns for refunds.
